Cats On Holiday: Cats On Holiday was a name Kevin briefly used in the mid 70's before picking Lucky Pierre. Years later, Denis DeVito formed a new band with a cajun twist and named it Cats On Holiday. [6 Degrees: Denis Devito played guitar for Lucky Pierre, which was formed by Kevin McMahon. Additionally, both Dave Zima & Rick Chrystyson have played with Cats On Holiday.] Hot Tin Roof: Some time after leaving Lucky Pierre & the fall of System 56, Tom Lash formed Hot Tin Roof. Eric Hermann (The Holy Cows), Greg Zydyk (Prick [Live]), Frank Vale (Exotic Birds), and Trent Reznor have all had a hand in Hot Tin Roof at some point during the bands run. [6 Degrees: Tom Lash played Bass for Lucky Pierre, which was formed by Kevin McMahon.] The Leisure Set: Jim Butterfield's 1st band (that we know of). [6 Degrees: Their 2nd single, "Eddie & His New Girlfriend/Over & Over" was produced by Kevin McMahon.] Butterfield 8: Jim Butterfield's main project. Alumn include Dave Zima (Lucky Pierre) & Rick Chrystyson (Lucky Pierre, Cats On Holiday). [6 Degrees: Butterfield 8's 1st 7", "I Just Came To Dance" features backign vocals from Kevin McMahon; their 1st EP, "Just Listen!" was produced by Kevin McMahon & features Dave Zima & Rick Chrystyson; their last album, "Euclid Ave" was co-produced by Kevin McMahon and features Kevin on 2 tracks, one of which he wrote. The album also featurea Dave Zima & Rick Chrystyson.] Becky Barksdale: Blues singer/songwriter. [6 Degrees: Becky's 1st hit, "Satisfy Me", was Co-written by Kevin McMahon. Also, on her "Real Live" album, the track "Fun" was co-written by Kevin McMahon.] Monitors: CLE Punk who's alumn included Ed Lash (Tom's Brother). [6 Degrees: Monitor's "Trouble/Rip Your Dress" 7" was produced by Kevin McMahon.] Brian McMahon: Founding member of the Electric Eels. [6 Degrees: Kevin's Brother. Also, Kevin guests on the "Yeah" EP under the name "Numb Struggles". Additionally, Paul Kompier (The Holy Cows) plays on the same EP.] Exotic Birds: Andy Kubiszewski's 1st band, which features alumn such as Frank Vale, Chris Vrenna & Trent Reznor. [6 Degrees: Andy formed The Pyramid Club with Kevin in the mid 80's. Also, Andy has played drums Live and In Studio for both Prick & Lucky Pierre.] System 56: Steve Simenic's synth-pop brainchild. [6 Degrees: System 56 featured Tom Lash on Bass, who was also in Lucky Pierre with Kevin McMahon.] The Holy Cows: Paul Kompier's band.
